MNK Bubamara Cazin je profesionalni futsal klub iz Cazina, osnovan 24. septembra 2008. godine. Od samog osnivanja klub se takmičio u Prvoj futsal ligi Federacije BiH – grupa Zapad.
Tokom godina, Bubamara je rasla i napredovala, a vrhunac uspjeha stigao je u sezoni 2024/25, kada je klub osvojio svoju prvu titulu prvaka Bosne i Hercegovine u Premijer futsal ligi BiH. U odlučujućoj utakmici plej-ofa Bubamara je savladala Mostar SG rezultatom 4:2 i ukupnim skorom 3:1 u seriji.
Pored pomenutog takmičenja, klub je osvojio i Kupu BiH u futsalu iste sezone te se plasirao u UEFA Futsal Champions League (UEFA Futsal Cup), gdje će odmjeriti snage s evropskim protivnicima.
Domaće utakmice igra u Sportskoj dvorani Cazin, koja ima kapacitet od oko 2.000 gledalaca. Ekipa broji oko 14 igrača, uključujući i nekoliko internacionalaca, a predvodi je trener Borko Surudžić.

Since its establishment, the club has competed in the First Futsal League of the Federation of BiH – West group. Over the years, Bubamara has grown and progressed, reaching its peak in the 2024/25 season by winning its first-ever national championship in the Premier Futsal League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the decisive playoff match, Bubamara defeated Mostar SG 4–2, winning the series 3–1. In addition to domestic competitions, the club has also participated in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup and qualified for the UEFA Futsal Champions League (UEFA Futsal Cup), where it faced opponents from across Europe. The team plays its home matches at the Sports Hall in Cazin, which has a seating capacity of around 2,000. The squad consists of around 14 players, including several international talents, and is led by head coach Borko Surudžić.
